Biography
Fons Trompenaars is a world expert on international management and the author of the global bestseller, "Riding the Waves of Culture," which has hundred of thousands of copies and has been translated into a dozen languages. He is the founder and director of Trompenaars Hampden-Turner (THT), a renowned consulting firm in the field of intercultural management. Fons is author or co-author of eleven bestselling books on culture and business, innovation and leadership. Maarten Nijhoff Asser is a consultant at THT, where he manages the Cambridge, MA office. He graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a degree in international organizations and intellectual property. He has an MBA in Innovation, Strategy, Information and Technology. Maarten's areas of expertise include the facilitation of change management processes at senior management level and the development of scenario planning workshops.
