I bought this book for my brother and his wife when they had their first baby.It was so full of sensible ideas and really was so full of things I learnt bit by bit.Having it in a book means they can read information and decide if they wish to use it without any pressure.

I bought this one for my brother and SIL who are working in natural health.I was delighted they found lots of information on natural living for new parents.it was also a nice way to pass on helpful hints I used or knew of without seeming pushy eyc.Great idea from Wendyl to collate all the tried and true hints .

I so wish this had been around when I had my son. It would have been so helpful.

I'll be giving this as a baby shower gift - perfect.

As always Wendyl talks a lot of common sense.. her recipes are cheap and non-toxic.. I will be picking one her books for Christmas to give to my Daughters-in-Law.. hopefully to get them to use non-chemical cleaners while they have young children around them. A wizard - thats what she is!

Mother's Little Helper! Why did this title make me want to read further??
God forbid I will ever need the help myself, but after reading your review I would definitely tell a young Mum to BUY AND READ!! We all need help at some time.........................50 years ago my firstborn arrived with Downs. In those days everything went to time and routine..............not a bad thing, but with two other little boys arriving soon after the first, my days - and nights, were soul destroying at times cos I always felt that maybe I wasn't quite up to scratch!! Who the hell cares?? As long as they are feed, changed and WELL LOVED, life goes on. (We did have an ANGEL grandmother on hand though). And they have all three grown to be Sons to be proud of. :-)

Just the thing for the tired and bewildered, trying to do the right thing.

I have purchased this book and I love it. I'll get another one for my daughter who has two young children.
