I placed an order on the website - why haven't I received any Fly Buys points?

We send Fly Buys points details to Fly Buys (i.e. Loyalty New Zealand) at the beginning of each week, for all items purchased the previous week. The team at Loyalty New Zealand then allocate the points to your Fly Buys account within approximately one week.

Some items do not qualify for Fly Buys points, e.g. pre-paid postal products.
