The Book Thief - by Markus Zusak.
This was a book recommended to me by a friend, and Kerre Woodham mentioned it at Books & Bubbles, so I thought it 'MUST be good!!'

I read it, it took a little bit of getting into (thankfully the people who recommended it said that to me in advance!!)

Once I got into the main storyline I found it quite enchanting, and to be honest it didn't take too long to zoom through the pages, I was hooked!  It is a very humanistic book, dealing with life in the Nazi era, but not as I have read before.
The author has a fresh approach and I am glad I have read it.

It may not suit every reading taste, but if you are slightly interested I think it is worth having a go! Type into google for an outline of the story if you are not sure...

If you have read it I would like to hear your opinion too :-)
