On earth, faeries roam invisible to the human eye. Faeries have extraordinary powers and control the fundamental elements of our world. Like humans, faeries are good or evil and are constantly fighting in various degrees of viciousness. However, when good and evil faeries make themselves visible to humans the results can be disastrous, and frightening, especially when love is involved.
I would recommend this darkly compelling book to girls aged 15+. I personally did not enjoy this book, but I am sure fans of the Twilight series and Melissa Marr’s writing will lap up its intoxicatingly evil themes. Guys, unless you like the Twilight series or other worldly romances this is not a book for you.
