200 million years ago what was New Zealand? Nothing but a tiny extension to the super continent, Gondwanaland, In those 200 million years, New Zealand has managed to separate itself from the rest of the world and is now 3 small islands in the Pacific Ocean. It has gathered a mixture of people, an extremely adventurous country New Zealand is and it has its geographical triumphs. I don’t think any other author could have quite captured the true history of New Zealand so well that children and adults learn about New Zealand while reading it as humour. This story is brilliant for any older child or adult for bedtime reading or classroom discussions. People who love to learn will benefit hugely from this fantastic book.
