Angelos Wild Kitchen

Father’s Day is on 3rd September so we have the perfect book to match your Dad. I refer to Angelo Georgalli as the ‘male version of Annabel’ – he is based in Wanaka, South Island, and like Annabel - has great adventures and cooks what he has hunted, trapped or gathered. Food and family are top of his priorities and ‘with them life doesn’t get any better..’ This is his second book and keep an eye out for a Tv series due later. The successful restauranteur has compiled simple, user-friendly recipes with an emphasis on stress-free organic and seasonal cooking. His passion for wild foods and foraging helps him live a ‘healthy, honest life on the land’. Angelo has harnessed the skills his father taught him and has been inspired to live this life after the birth of his first son. What a life! It’s a cloth bound, colourful production and he covers seafood, beef, hare, lamb, venison and pork. This is the book to inspire the hunting dad or the home dad to take it that one step further and create great family fare in the kitchen.
