Are you looking for a new fun series for your junior reader? Perfect for school holidays, this is book fi ve in the new Dogman series from the author of Captain Underpants. Written and illustrated in a similar style to Captain Underpants, it is funny, animated and a great tale too. It’s an ideal book to encourage your child in reading, strengthen their skills and develop their enjoyment of reading – which will hopefully lead to a life time joy. “As a kid, the author Dav Pilkey suffered from ADHD, dyslexia and behavioural problems. Dav was so disruptive in class that his teacher made him sit out in the hall every day. Luckily, Dav loved to draw and make up stories. He spent his time in the hallway creating his own original comic books. In the second grade, Dav created a comic book about a superhero called Captain Underpants. His teacher ripped it up and told him he couldn’t spend the rest of his life making silly books.... fortunately, Dav was not a very good listener!” ...and we are most grateful for his contribution to children’s publishing!
