Healthy and Delicious!

When I met Chelsea at a book event, she told me that, of all of her cookbooks, this one was probably the one that had the healthiest recipes. That, combined with her knack for creating delicious recipes, makes me really keen to try them out! I\'m sure I won\'t be disappointed!
