Oh Boy: A storybook of epic NZ men

We have had Go Girl! Stories of New Zealand Women now we have the collected stories of Men. It’s packed full of wonderful stories we can celebrate and lives that are varied, from all avenues of life with very different, diverse stories of creativity, resilience, dedication and tenacity. Various illustrators enhance the pages of each story. It’s a fantastic collection and one that will encourage young lads. Here’s a few notable men, including; notable men included; surgeon Swee Tan, soldier Willie Apiata, athletic coach Arthur Lydiard, shearer Godfrey Bowen, treasure hunter Kelly Tarlton, rugby player Richie McCaw, writer Witi Ihimaera, comedians Jermaine Clement & Bret McKenzie, mountaineer Edmund Hillary, doctor Lance O’Sullivan and musician Neil Finn...to name but a few of the exhaustive list! It’s a true keepsake and New Zealanders have much to be proud of in the various fields of achievement.
