Sixty Seconds

We are finding some pearls in amongst the big blockbuster authors that are traditionally out during the Christmas season.
Our staff member Sally recently read this and gives us her review: “The Brennan family have moved from cold, bleak Tasmania to sunny, warm Murwillumbah, Queensland. The parents are settling into work, but Jarrah, their oldest son, is having trouble adjusting at school. Their lives are shattered when tragedy hits their youngest son Toby. The story follows the aftermath and is a haunting, redemptive story of forgiveness and hope. I really loved this book.” What really happened? Who’s to blame? Determined to protect his family, Finn finds himself under the spotlight from media and police. Bridget is consumed by guilt and rage and Jarrah faces a sudden and frightening adulthood where nothing is certain.
Drama and suspense not to be missed.
