Possible World

There are three separate stories of grief and secrets in this compelling and beautifully written novel. A bereaved six-year-old who is the only survivor of a mass murder, an over-worked ER doctor and a lonely old woman in a care home are unforgettable characters in their journeys both forward and backward in their lives.
