This is a compilation of beastly bedtime stories for kids. I have discovered that kids don’t scare easily these days and love a good beastly tale! Stories with vampires, bats, pirates at a dance party and a zoo in a room. Bears who are scared and things that go splat in the night – from a collection of noteworthy authors including; Andy Griffi ths, R A Spratt, Frances Watts, Morris Gleitzman, Tony Wilson and Jaclyn Moriarty. Stories including; Yellowhead and the The Traumatised Bear, Dracula, Sleepover of Doom, St Reginald’s School For Children Who Only Eat Plain Pasta and Pirate Dance Party – are sure to delight junior readers or parents reading the stories aloud. A good follow on option if your child has loved Roald Dahl’s Revolting Rhymes or Grimm Brothers.
