MiNDFOOD - Celebrating 10 Years of Recipes

Mindfood magazine was launched from the home of Michael and Michelle McHugh ten years ago and has consistently delivered to an audience that is ‘intelligent, engaged and appreciates quality content’. “...ten years ago there was no social media, we created engaging content” says Michael. So there is much to celebrate for this milestone hence the fabulous cookbook that has just landed in Paper Plus stores. It is a full sumptuous presentation befi tting their anniversary. The chapters are organised into seasons, but also including sections for celebration and chocolate. I love the range and when I look at the pages, I think ‘ah yes I could make that’, so the recipes are accessible and yet creative. Be sure to try Marsala Date Cake with Ricotta Cream Syrup – it’s the superb cake that features on the cover! Other favourites featured include; Chicken Involtini with Creamy Polenta, Thai Coconut Pumpkin Noodle Soup with Crispy Tofu Puffs, Baked Mushroom Spinach & Ricotta Rotolo and Brioche Doughnuts with Coffee Cream. Be truly inspired and delve into the pages without delay!
