  • What is your Returns Policy?
    Paper Plus Returns Policy

    Any item purchased on our website can be returned for an exchange or gift card (to the value of the purchase) within 28 days of purchase.

    • Items can be returned to any Paper Plus store for an exchange or gift card

    • If you cannot easily get to a store, you can email the Webstore team at webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz and arrange to return the item at your cost. Once the item is received, we will issue you with a digital gift card

    • Your exchange or digital gift card will be issued for the price you paid for the product, excluding any freight charges

    • The item must still be in saleable condition, with any packaging intact

    • Please provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or tax invoice

    • All Fantastic Finds products have a money back guarantee and can be returned for a refund of the purchase price within one year of the purchase date as long as it has a fantastic finds sticker, and proof of purchase.



    Delayed delivery or faulty items

    We apologise if your order is late, or you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please let us know straight away by emailing us at webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz and we will fix the problem for you as quickly as possible.

    • If your order is late and you no longer want the item, we will issue a full refund (including freight)

    • If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange to collect the item from you, at our cost, and provide you with a replacement.


    Change of Mind

    If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, please let us know straight away by emailing us at webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz

    • If the item hasn't already been dispatched, we should be able to cancel your order. If we manage to stop the order in time, we can issue a digital gift card or a refund for the purchase price (including freight if it is the only item on the order)

    • If the item is already on its way to you, or has been delivered, we are unable to cancel the order but you can return it to us at your cost once it arrives. Please refer to the Returns Policy above for conditions. You can return it to any Paper Plus store or email us at webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz to send it by post. Once we have received the item back from you in saleable condition, with any packaging intact, we will issue you with a digital gift card for the purchase price of the item (excluding any freight paid by you).
