Questions

  • Can I return an item I purchased online?

    • Any item purchased on our website can be returned for an exchange or gift card (to the value of the purchase) within 28 days of purchase.

    • The item must still be in saleable condition, with any packaging intact

    • Items can be returned to a Paper Plus store, or you can contact the Webstore team for assistance (on webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz) if you cannot easily get to a store

    • Please provide proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or tax invoice

    • All Fantastic Finds products have a money back guarantee and can be returned for a refund of the purchase price within one year of the purchase date as long as it has a fantastic finds sticker, and proof of purchase.
  • I've received a faulty item - how do I get it replaced?
    If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please let us know straight away by emailing webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz. We will fix the problem for you as quickly as possible. Normally we will arrange to collect the item from you, at our cost, and provide you with a replacement.
  • I've ordered the wrong item - how do I return it?
    If the item hasn't already been dispatched to you, we should be able to cancel your order which will free you up to place a new order.

    If the item is already on its way to you, or has been delivered, you will need to return it to us at your cost. You can return it to any Paper Plus store or contact us at webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz to send it by post. Once we have received the item back from you in perfect, unopened condition, we will refund you the purchase price of the item (excluding any freight paid by you).
