I've ordered the wrong item - how do I return it?

If the item hasn't already been dispatched to you, we should be able to cancel your order which will free you up to place a new order.

If the item is already on its way to you, or has been delivered to you, you will need to return it to us at your cost. Once we have received the item back from you in perfect, unopened condition, we will refund you for the cost of the item (excluding any freight paid by you).
