Afterpay

Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over four (4) equal fortnightly payments.

You must be 18 years old and hold a debit or credit card to apply.

Simply select Afterpay as the payment option at checkout and follow the steps. Go to the Afterpay website and signup for an account, or download the afterpay app.

Afterpay has a minimum purchase of $50

Click & Collect

Generally Click & Collect is free. However, there is a surcharge of $25 for overweight items.

This will depend on the delivery time frame specific to each item as it may not be stocked in that store. You will receive notification when each item becomes available to collect.

Yes, the person collecting the good will need to show some form of ID. The below forms of ID are all acceptable:
  • New Zealand driver's licence
  • Passport
  • 18+ card
  • Photo Credit Card
  • Student ID

Yes. There will be a surcharge for all overweight items.

Absolutely, provided they have the order confirmation and provide photo ID on collection.

Emails

When you purchase online from us, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are a My Big Deal Club member and have subscribed to us, we will keep you up to date about promotions. We will also let you know when you have earned a Big Deal dollar $5 e-voucher.

When you purchase online from us, you will receive tracking details or Click and Collect notification regarding your order.

You can opt out from receiving promotional communications by Clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any promotional email you receive. Alternatively, you can log into your account on the website, and update your Communication preferences under My Account. Lastly, you can always contact us at webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz and we will help you.

Gift Cards

  • Paper Plus Physical Gift Cards can be loaded with any value between $20 up to $500.
  • Paper Plus Digital Gift Cards can be loaded with any value between $10 up to $500.

When you make a purchase in-store, the remaining balance is printed on your receipt. You can also check your balance online here by entering the Gift Card Number and four digit Pin.

You can use your Gift Card as many times as you like until the balance reaches $0, or until your Gift Card expires, whichever comes first. Once your Gift Card balance has been fully redeemed or reached expiry, it cannot be re-used, nor can the expiry date be extended.

The Gift Card can be used until the full balance has been redeemed, or the gift card has reached its expiry date.

Yes, you can use your Physical of Digital Gift Card to partially or fully pay for your order. Any outstanding balance on your order can be paid by an additional gift card or Credit Card

Yes, you can use multiple Physical of Digital Gift Cards to partially or fully pay for your order. Any outstanding balance on your order can be paid by Credit Card

Please treat your gift card like cash. Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Contact us at webstore@paperplusgroup.co.nz and provide the recipient email address or the senders details and we can arrange to have your Digital Gift Card resent.

Physical Gift Cards
  • Yes, a $6.00 freight charge applies to any order with a total order value (excluding delivery fees) that is less than $60.00
Digital Gift Cards
  • No, these do not incur a freight charge

Yes, to ensure a physical gift card reaches the recipient, the courier will need to get a signature at the time of delivery

Yes, you can also add a personal message to the recipient

Ordering

No you can order online without having an account. Simply choose to checkout as a guest.

We reserve the right to limit quantities supplied of any one item where this may be necessary.

Currently we only deliver with New Zealand mainland and Waiheke Island. We cannot deliver to most coastal islands, e.g. Great Barrier, Chatham Island.

Yes, provided the delivery address is within New Zealand mainland and Waiheke Island.

All Paper Plus stores are individually owned and operated. Due to this, some prices may vary from store to store including online.

We take security seriously and offer safe, reliable payment methods. If you are paying by debit or credit card your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. When paying by bank transfer you will be making the payment in the secure environment of your bank’s online systems. For further information, please see our Privacy Policy

If you used your debit or credit card, payment will be authorised when you submit your order.

For payments by card: Your transaction will appear as Paper Plus Manukau NZ on your card or bank statement, charge in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
