Returning In-store 

Returning Online 

If originally purchased: Online or in-store Online only
Within (time period): 60 days 60 days
Processing time: Instant Up to 7 business days
How to: Processed in any Paper Plus Store Contact Customer Service
Include: Original receipt or Emailed Tax Invoice Tax Invoice or Packing slip that came with your order

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items purchased can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase or delivery/collection. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
  • Items can be returned to any Paper Plus store for an exchange or gift card. Items purchased online can be returned after contacting our Customer Service team.
  • When purchasing a gift in-store, a Paper Plus Gift Exchange receipt can be provided. This is valid for 60 Days from the date of purchase.
  • If you cannot easily get to a store, Contact Us to make arrangements
  • Your exchange or gift card will be issued for the price you paid for the item, excluding any freight charges
  • The item must still be in sale-able condition, with any packaging intact
  • Please provide proof of purchase for any Exchange or Returns i.e. Order confirmation, Tax invoice, Store receipt

 

Returns & Exchange Exclusions

We unfortunately are unable to refund or exchange: 

  • Opened Inks or Toners.
  • Technology products.
  • Special or wholesale orders.
  • Goods no longer in sellable condition
  • NZ Post Products
  • Newspapers and Magazines
  • Any Gift Card or Voucher

 Note that all products are still guaranteed under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

 

Change of Mind - Online Purchases

  • If the item is still waiting to be dispatched, please Contact Us immediately, as prior to dispatch we can arrange for the item to be cancelled and exchanged. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
  • If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the item to arrive
  • Item(s) can be exchanged at any Paper Plus store or returned to Paper Plus Webstore after contacting us for further instructions at your expense, for an exchange or Gift Card to the value of the item purchased, excluding any freight charges
  • If you cannot easily get to a store, Contact Us to make arrangements for an exchange or gift card
    • The item will need to be returned at your expense
    • Once the item has been received, we can arrange for your exchange or Gift Card to be issued to the value of your item purchase price, excluding any freight charges.

 

Incorrect Item Ordered

  • If you have ordered an incorrect item, please Contact Us immediately
  • If the item is still waiting to be dispatched, we can arrange for this to be cancelled, or exchanged
  • If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the order to arrive
  • Once the item has arrived we can arrange for a Return or Exchange

 

Delayed Delivery, Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Sent

  • If a product does not meet an acceptable quality, is not fit for its particular purpose, does not match the description or sample image (including colour and size), or does not arrive on time and in good condition, then we will work with you to provide a remedy.
  • Please Contact Us as soon as possible after receipt of the product, and we will work to have the issue solved. Please retain all original packaging until we have arranged a solution with you.
  • If an item is no longer available for replacement, we will arrange for an exchange or full refund.

 

Consumer Guarantees Act & Fair-Trading Act

Paper Plus is committed to meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

The Paper Plus Returns Policies includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. The warranties that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the New Zealand Consumer Law. We will always strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase & our service, we strive to operate within our legal obligations & our above policies
