If originally purchased: Online or instore Online only

How to: Drop off at store for free Arrange a FREE courier pick by contacting Customer Service
Include: Original receipt Packing slip that came with your order

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase
  • Items can be returned to any Paper Plus store for an exchange or gift card
  • If you cannot easily get to a store, Contact Us to make arrangements
  • Your exchange or gift card will be issued for the price you paid for the item, excluding any freight charges
  • The item must still be in sale-able condition, with any packaging intact
  • Please provide proof of purchase for any Exchange or Returns i.e. Order confirmation, Tax invoice, Store receipt

Excluded Items

The flowing items can only be replaced or refunded if faulty: 

  • Opened Inks or Toners.
  • Technology products.
  • Special or wholesale orders.

 Note that all products are still guaranteed under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Delayed Delivery, Incorrect Item or Faulty Items

  • If your order is delayed, or you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please Contact Us and we will rectify the problem for you as quickly as possible
  • If your order is delayed and you no longer require the item, we will arrange for an exchange or a full refund.
  • If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will arrange to collect the item from you and arrange a replacement or exchange.
  • If an item is no longer available for replacement, we will arrange for an exchange or full refund.
     

Change of Mind 

  • We do not offer refund if you change your mind, so please Contact Us straight away
  • If the item is still waiting to be dispatched, we can arrange for the item to be cancelled and exchanged
  • If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for the item to arrive
  • Once the item has arrived, we can arrange for this to be exchanged
  • Item can be exchanged at any Paper Plus store for an exchange or Gift Card to the value of the item purchased, excluding any freight charges
  • If you cannot easily get to a store, Contact Us to make arrangements for an exchange or gift card
  • The item will need to be returned to Paper Plus Support Office at your expense
  • Once the Item has been received at Paper Plus Support Office, we can arrange for your exchange or Gift Card to the value of your item price excluding any freight charges

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 & Fair-Trading Act 1986

Paper Plus is committed to meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Paper Plus. In the event that goods sold are deficient or faulty, Paper Plus has the obligation to repair, replace or refund. Refer to the Consumer Guarantees Act for more information.

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
