Strange tastes

There's a couple of lovely recipes. And good thing - all of the recipes are easy to follow. But! The chocolate cake recipe missing a step. The method is vierd. But it is all right. The worst thing - the step is missing. The recipe of Raspberry sour cream cake teste vierd...Pretty plain and oily. But could do my fault, ok. The recipe of Coffee loaf....it has bitter aftertaste. Too much cardamom...I am a professional baker. May be nit the best one...but quite experienced. I will not recommend this book. Too expensive for couple of good recipes, sorry to say

Love this book. Great recipes and all really simple and easy to follow. I made the Pavlova and it was huge and turned out perfectly!!!! Family couldn't believe I had made it :)
