Simple, vibrant plant-based food from New Zealander social media health blogger Kelsi Boocock. Kelsi brings a good, strong healthy approach to food creation and promotes whole body-mind wellbeing. Drawing from her years as a competitive swimmer, she has created a blog and Instagram page called Healthy Kelsi. It’s not just the recipes Kelsi has scribed, she has had a hand in the photography and food writing also. She promotes a balanced approach between food and excersize to manage mood, confidence, self-esteem and general good health and wellness. For those starting out, she provides a base of staple ingredients to build your pantry essentials. Practical tips include ingredient substitutes and ways to be flexible in the kitchen. She covers breakfast ideas, options for snacks – these can be the biggest downfall for maintaining healthy eating patterns.
